All presenters and attendees need to complete the conference registration process to access sessions, materials, and official documentation. Conference Registration Fees and Categories

The conference registration fee is structured to support students, researchers, and professionals. The categories you can choose are:

  • Author / Presenter Registration

    For individuals presenting papers or posters; includes presentation and proceedings access.

  • Student / Presenter Registration

    Discounted rate for full-time students; requires a valid student ID for verification.

  • Listener / Attendee Registration

    For non-presenting participants who attend sessions, networking, and conference events.

  • Virtual Participation

    Virtual presentation via online platforms, live-streamed sessions, and online networking tools.
